i used to live in venice beach. i am glad i had that experience. good friends, and good times...the bu is just around the corner, a lot of events and art galleries and what not. the surf out front is shite most of the time...at least that was my experience for the 2 years I put in. sure.... there were the days when it was fun...you know the party is where you make it. i found these pics and thought i'd post them up.
the nose seems so wide on the pic below. this is the board I ride for most of my waves in Jazz.
